Clear answers

Built around the questions owners actually ask

Multi-branch

One business. Many shops.

Add every shop you operate. Purchases, sales, waste, and stock counts belong to that shop. Move stock between shops with a transfer — never by typing over a quantity. A shop is not a stock room.

  • Shops

Each branch is a place you operate — the store, the high-street shop, the workshop.

  • Stock rooms

Locations sit inside a shop. Receive where the delivery landed, not in a single guessed total.

  • Transfers

Send a box from the store to a shop. Company total stays the same. Both sides stay on the ledger.

Numbers with a next step

Example of how FaciCost explains a change — not a customer claim.

  • Supplier price

    Cotton fabric increased 12.5%.

3 products are affected. The basic tee margin dropped from 54.0% to 51.2%.

Review the bill of materials or selling price

  • Product profit

    Gift box costs Rs 210.

It sells for Rs 650. Gross profit and cost sit next to the components, not in a hidden report.

    Open product profitability

  • Stock

    Unexplained stock variance.

Sales say 48 metres of fabric should have been used. The count shows more left the store.

Check waste, counts, or unrecorded production

Common questions

Does FaciCost support more than one shop or branch?

Yes. Add as many shops as you operate. Each shop can have its own stock rooms. Purchases, sales, waste, and counts belong to a shop. Move stock between shops with a transfer. A shop is not the same as a stock room.

Does FaciCost replace my POS?

No. Your till owns checkout — Posterita, another POS, or none at all. FaciCost owns product cost, recipes or BOMs, purchases, stock, and profit. You can type a quick sale or import a till CSV.

Is FaciCost only for restaurants and food?

No. The model is industry-neutral: products, materials, recipes or bills of materials, stock, sales, and profit. Clothing, pastry, cosmetics, furniture, food, and other product shops use the same loop.

Can I use FaciCost without a POS?

Yes. A business without a POS is a first-class customer. Record purchases, recipes or BOMs, waste, and a quick sale or till CSV, then see product margin.

Is FaciCost only for Mauritius?

It is being built with Mauritius product businesses first. Currency, timezone, and tax are configurable so other countries can follow without rewriting the product.

Is this a full ERP?

No. FaciCost stays focused on cost, stock, sales, profit, and a clear next action. It is not payroll, a generic CRM, or a replacement for full accounting software.

Built for operators, not ERP specialists.

Add a purchase, record waste, or check a margin in a few taps. FaciCost is for product businesses — a restaurant, a clothing shop, or a maker with a bill of materials. Mauritius defaults are available; the model is not locked to one industry.
